Updates to the fifth edition (2011) of the

Language and Travel Guide to Ukraine

Chapter 2, page 5. The Ukrainian cities hosting Euro 2012 are Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Lviv. (Dnipropetrovsk was originally scheduled as one of the four cities, but was later replaced by Kharkiv.)

Chapter 6: LVIV.. The airport was closed for a while, but has reopened, significantly larger and improved. Lviv also has new hotels built in preparation for the soccer championship, Euro 2012.

Also, if you travel to Lviv, you may want to check out the new chocolate factory/shop in the center. Just follow your nose. I'll add the address when I receive it.
